Formula of a Healthy Relationship

a healthy relationship is not only about the four-letter word L.O.V.E. it is more than that.

It is c2wrh:

C -commitment in employing the relationship as an area for psychological and  spiritual growth

C -commitment to individual development (giving each other a space to grow   as an individual)

W -win-win in resolving conflicts (no one has to be defeated. both wins.   no ”under tha saya”)

R -responsibility for own self (own decisions)

-HONESTY all the time

"Dishonesty creates mistrust and usually sparks an end to a relationship. especially when the partner realizes the cycle of dishonesty and promises that follows one after the other"

Who’s Perfect??

—> you may have a perfect hair, perfect skin, perfect body, lots of money. but that does not make you perfect. admit it or not, there is still an empty space that you can feel, in the inside. something that you know should be filled. hence, you don’t stop in searching for what might be lacking in your life that will make you feel fu**ng perfect. I just realized that the thing that would make you feel perfect is to find people who can see how beautiful and perfect you are. inside. only LOVE can make you perfect.  <3

sometimes, though its not that easy.. u must be the bad guy.. but that doesn’t mean you’re bad throughout the story.. sometimes, at some point you’re gonna hurt people’s emotions.. that is,. to make people value themselves, realize things and appreciate small things and opportunities in life that has been ignored… maybe the process is bad at first look but i know people will realize that i just did what i think should be done… i learned… through mistakes, failure and heartaches we learn.. and it should not be done over and over.

I am no EMO.. :’)

always remember that just because you have feelings for someone doesn’t mean he/she is obligated to feel the same.

never assume. don’t over think.know your limitations. don’t make issues.. you might destroy the person you want just because of that selfishness you have. think before you speak. never bring an iron hand just because the feeling wasn’t reciprocated. LOVE isn’t something that can be received when forced, its a mutual attraction. move on with your life. you have yours. i have my own. there’s no conjugal business between us. we’re not couples on the first place. better mind your own business and focus on self-progress.

no one owns me but ME, MYSELF and I.

THIS AWESOME URN WILL TURN YOU INTO A TREE AFTER YOU DIE
BigThink:

You don’t find many designers working in the funeral business thinking about more creative ways for you to leave this world (and maybe they should be). However, Spanish designer Martin Azua has combined the romantic notion of life after death with an eco solution to the dirty business of the actual, you know, transition.
His Bios Urn is a biodegradable urn made from coconut shell, compacted peat and cellulose and inside it contains the seed of a tree. Once your remains have been placed into the urn, it can be planted and then the seed germinates and begins to grow. You even have the choice to pick the type of plant you would like to become, depending on what kind of planting space you prefer.
